Using our own fully redundant network based in the London docklands, we are able to offer a range of high quality ADSL services to our customers. The following options are available at present, with 4mb and 8mb coming shortly.

'Home' options have a 50:1 contention ratio, 'Business' is 20:1. Prices are monthly, payable in advance. No VAT is chargeable.

Order Process

When you place an order for a Nitrotech ADSL or SDSL product, your order will follow certain steps:

You test your phoneline for ADSL/SDSL compatibility. If preliminary checks reveal your line is compatible, you may order an ADSL or SDSL product.

When ordering, you pay a connection fee and your first month's rental.

BT then conduct further tests on your telephone line. If there are any issues with the product you have ordered not being compatible with your telephone line, you will be given the option to cancel the order. Please see below.

Assuming your line is compatible, your ADSL/SDSL line will be connected after approximately one week and your contract will start from the connection date.

Cancelling an Order

If your telephone line is incompatible with the ADSL/SDSL product you have requested, you will be able to choose an alternative product or cancel the order entirely. In either case, any monies paid over and above that required will be returned to you in the manner which it was paid.

Your right to cancellation under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 is limited by regulation 13; Nitrotech Solutions Ltd will be under no obligation to cancel the order under regulation 10 once your order has been processed and your telephone line has become enabled for ADSL/SDSL service. When placing an order online for ADSL/SDSL service you agree to this term.

Contractual Obligations

Once your telephone line is connected to an Nitrotech ADSL/SDSL service you will be obliged to subscribe to the service for the minimum contractual term. If you wish to cease your DSL line before the contract has elapsed you will have to pay all outstanding monthly fees. Once your contractual term has ended you will continue to be billed and must give one month's notice to cease your ADSL/SDSL service. You agree that no order will be processed until full payment is received and that you will pay monthly invoices promptly and that if you do not pay invoices before the required date your ADSL/SDSL service will be suspended until payment is received.

Payment

Nitrotech Solutions Ltd accepts payment by standing order or bank transfer for ADSL/SDSL products.
